Treated Water Ring Main
 | Automation Mechatronics designed and
installed a 350,000 litre per hour treated water ring main to
supply water to Australia's largest beverage syrup making
production facility. |
| The system has 11 take off valves utilising
variable flow control valves that ensure. smooth delivery of the
water. The ring main is a 200mm diameter pipe line with back
pressure control to maintain constant pressure through the
system. |
| The ring main follows sanitary manufacturing
standards with UV filtering, a sterile tank with sterile vent
filters The tank and pipe work is also hot sterilised.

solution including the P&ID, tanks, pumps, valves,
instrumentation and electrical automation. |
